KPH Hand over 7 new affordable homes at Springett Place, Amersham
Key Partnership Homes Ltd is delighted to have handed over 7 new residential units to our Housing Association Client, Paradigm Housing Group. Construction on the affordable-rented scheme at Springett Place on Quill Hall Lane, Amersham, commenced in May of last year and will provide 2 one-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom houses and 3 three-bedroom houses.
Prior to the official hand-over, the site was visited by Gavin Scarr Hall (Interim Managing Director of Development, Paradigm Housing Group), Julia Harrington (Regional Head of Development, Paradigm Housing Group) and Glen Bloomfield (Development Officer, Paradigm Housing Group), who were pleased with the standard of development provided by Key Partnership Homes.

Such is the demand for new affordable homes, it is expected that residents will begin to move in as early as week commencing 23rd April.
