KPH hands over 16 new homes at Caleb Close, Luton

Key Partnership Homes has, this week, officially handed over the first 16 new homes at our site at Caleb Close, Luton, to our Client Paradigm Housing Group. This first wave of units to be completed include 10 x two-bedroom houses and 6 x three-bed houses.

Construction work commenced on the 224-unit scheme just under a year ago and, in that time, steady progress has been made across the site. Over the past week our Site Team was been busy applying the finishing touches to the new properties to ensure that the homes were completed and ready for handover. KPH’s Operations Director David Taylor and Site Manager Ashley Limer were on hand to officially hand over the keys of the new homes to Paradigm’s Development Manager Glen Bloomfield.

Upon receiving the keys to the new homes, Glen stated:

I’m delighted we have taken handover for the first 16 units at Caleb Close, Luton and look forward to welcoming our residents into their new homes. The Project Team at Key Partnership Homes & Paradigm Housing have worked extremely hard to deliver some really well built and attractive homes, and I continue to look forward to working with Key Partnership Homes during the next 18 months to deliver a further 208 much needed homes for Rent, Shared Ownership and Outright Sale in Luton”

This was an important milestone on the development and in achieving the first wave of handovers David Taylor commented:

“We are very pleased to have completed and handed over the first 16 houses on this development to our Client at Paradigm. Thanks should be directed to the Site Team and the supply chain for their hard work and effort to achieve this milestone. We look forward to the next homes coming forward.”

The next batch of homes are due for handover in late spring.
