Key Partnership Homes Ltd successfully tendered for the build contract of development for 13 new apartments on the site at Bittern Way in 2018 on behalf of affordable housing provider Settle. Planning permission was granted in the autumn of 2017 for the demolition of a group of existing lock-up garages and the erection of a single 3.5 storey building to accommodate the new homes. Construction of the building will commence at the end of March 2019 and is due to be completed in early 2020. The development will provide 8 no. one-bedroom apartments and 5 no. two-bedroom apartments and will be affordable-rent in tenure.
Measuring 2.5 hectares in area, Caleb Close is Luton’s largest remaining brownfield site with an allocation exclusively for housing in the Local Plan. Key Partnership Homes Ltd secured the former industrial land in early 2017 on behalf of our Housing Association client Paradigm Housing Group. A resolution to grant planning permission for 224 residential units was secured in November 2017. The development will create 21 two-bedroom houses and 20 three-bedroom houses together with 75 one-bedroom apartments and 108 two-bedroom apartments in 8 three and four storey buildings and will provide a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership tenures. Construction on the scheme is set to begin in April 2018 with completion of the project due in 2021.
The site in Castle Street was procured by Key Partnership Homes Ltd in 2016, with planning permission being secured for the erection of 69 new apartments on behalf of our client Hightown Housing Association. Construction commenced in December 2016 and the project was handed over to the Client during November 2018. The development provides 24 one-bedroom apartments and 45 two-bedroom apartments in 2 no. four-storey blocks and 1 no. three-storey block. 53 of the flats are available for affordable-rent and 16 are available for shared-ownership.
Key Partnership Homes Ltd successfully tendered for the build contract of a development for 7 new homes at Springett Place in Amersham. The development provides 2 one-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom houses and 3 three-bedroom houses and was carried out for our Housing Association Client, Paradigm Housing Group. All 7 of the units will be for affordable rent.
The site at 15 Hitchin Road was formerly two separate land parcels which were assembled by Key Partnership Homes Ltd in 2014. Planning permission was successfully secured on the site for the erection of 97 new apartments on behalf of our Housing Association client Paradigm Housing Group. The site is located on a prominent corner location leading in to the High Town area of the town, where there are plans for widespread regeneration. In close proximity to the site are Luton town centre, and Luton Central Railway Station and Bus Interchange, which provide residents with excellent local, national and international transport links. Construction commenced in September 2015 with the new homes being handed over in the summer of 2017. The development provides 43 one-bedroom apartments and 54 two-bedroom apartments, set over 2 four-storey blocks with all of the units being affordable rented tenure.
Built on behalf of East Midlands Housing Association, this development of 87 houses and flats is located close to Wellingborough town centre. The units were a mix of shared ownership and affordable rent and were constructed to CFSH level three.
The site of a former derelict nightclub was transformed into 22 one and two bedroomed apartments on behalf of East Midlands Housing Association for shared ownership and affordable rent. The site is located within the town centre and within walking distance to local shops and services.
This scheme of 14 one and two bedroomed apartments is ideally located in the centre of the market town of Towcester. The scheme was built on behalf of Paradigm Housing Association in partnership with South Northamptonshire Council.
