Ian started his career in the housing industry over thirty years ago in a regional house builder based in Buckinghamshire. Working as Sales Manager, he quickly progressed through the business becoming National Sales Director by the age of 25 and being appointed to the main Board of Director by the age of 29.
In 1993, Ian founded Milton Keynes based Augusta Developments Ltd, which provided land and build services on a turnkey basis for the affordable housing sector. The business grew rapidly and was sold to a National developer in 2006. After the sale, Ian was asked to stay with the business and was given the responsibility of building a national affordable housing business. This new company was hugely successful, with revenues growing to £55m per annum before Ian deciding to leave the business in 2010 to pursue other business interests both within the UK and Europe.
Ian now heads Northamptonshire based Key Partnership Homes Ltd and brings with him a wealth of experience gained within the housing sector. He specialises in land identification, planning and pre-contract negotiations.
